Raw materials are tested according to CCP1. After the pesticide residue test, the test is repeated before harvesting. Only qualified materials can be used and put into production line Screening.
Wind selection and manual screening to remove branches, leaves, pests, foreign objects, etc.
Cleaning and cutting of the product. Automatic detection of foreign matter.
We freeze the product individually and at very low temperature (-40 ºC) and at high speed. In this way, all its organoleptic and nutritional properties are kept intact.
All individually quick-frozen ingredients are mixed according to the agreed percentage.
Both mixed and individual products are packaged on fully automated lines, guaranteeing the best quality and Food Safety.
The product is kept at a controlled temperature of -22 ºC in smart
warehouses.
